Charming 2 Bedroom Modern 1880’s Farmhouse

A renovated 1880’s farmhouse with all the modern amenities yet keeping the charm. It is between Lake Placid (5 miles) and Saranac Lake (4.5 miles) in North Elba’s tiny hamlet of Ray Brook. It has a completely fenced in yard with lots of room to play and a large back deck to watch it all happen. *We allow 2 small or 1 medium well behaved, fully vaccinated, house trained dog.s. An Adirondack four season camp nestled in the mountains of beautiful Indian Lake. This camp borders thousands of acres of "Forever Wild" land in the Hudson Gorge Wilderness area. Walk across the street and bushwack for miles and miles. OK Slip Falls trailhead is less than a mile away. Skiing at Gore Mountain is 10 minutes away. There are endless things to do in the area-fishing, skiing, hiking, multiple museums, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, kayaking and canoeing to start your getaway!

A 1900 farmhouse that has been in the family for generations. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests, it is clean with simple furnishings and a SPECTACULAR VIEW! Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.

Sauna, Private Chef, & Walk to Village

Guests love the sauna, private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the village and sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). April is a slower month with restaurants and businesses shifting their hours. We will provide each guest with a local guide to let you know what's available. It's a great time to schedule Chef Justin for a Private Chef Brunch or Dinner (or both).
