Restored with Care & Love. This Historical Restaurant and Boutique Hotel Events Space serves as a community hub and gathering space. The Boutique Hotel at The Bond dates back to the year 1812 and holds 10 beautiful rooms which have private bathrooms as well as upgraded amenities provided in each room. We offer private space for events amid beautiful and spacious grounds with fireplaces and waterfalls. Each of our rooms are unique, which is part of what makes The Bond so special.

Queen Room, Private Bath

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Built in 1905 as the Reception Hospital, the Prescott House is a beautiful brick guesthouse a few blocks from the center of Saranac Lake. These rooms feature a queen bed and a private bath with shower. These pictures are an example, there are four different beautiful queen rooms with private bath. Downstairs you'll find a communal kitchen, laundry, porches, pool table and s a comfortable parlor with coffee & tea.

The Garden Room - Chrysler House Heritage Inn

Chrysler House is a unique 6800 sq ft Georgian-Victorian style mansion built in 1826. It is located in the historical heart of Gananoque and the beautiful 1000 Islands; just minutes away from the waterfront, marina, boat line, beach, downtown shopping and restaurants. The Garden Room is light and spacious and features a luxurious king size bed, ensuite bathroom with jet tub and walk-in shower, and private entrance onto the backyard deck.

Our standard rooms are found within the main building of the Warren Lodge. These are original motel style rooms, fully updated with a modern, rustic feel. Each room includes a new 48” flatscreen TV, WiFi (fiber optic) and a mini-fridge for goodies.

The Deers Head Inn, Queen Bed Library room

This room was our very popular library until we decided to renovate it in 2021 and turn it into an overnight room for guests. Downstairs is a tavern with exceptional food and beverage selections on the first floor. 6 Inn rooms on the second floor.
