We are 12 minutes to Vergennes restaurants and shops, 25 minutes to Middlebury and 45 minutes to Burlington

There is a private beach and dock (shared with 2 neighboring properties) for swimming and water access if you have kayaks. A small 2 lane road runs along the lake between the house and the beach.
