Banks Valley Guest Ranch - 1 Bed/1Ba Guest house

Guest Cabin on top of a hill overlooking our working cattle ranch. The cabin is updated and clean and fully stocked with everything you need to spend one night or a whole month. The completely private space includes cable and internet as well as a washer and dryer. The 600 acre ranch has fishing ponds and hiking trails which our guests are welcome to enjoy. There are no events or parties allowed in the guest cabin. You are welcome to host your family for a BBQ or meal if they are local.

Sage Cottage is located in the beautiful Pottawatomie County in our own Oaklore Forest. The cottage sleeps two on our queen size bed, Has a mini-kitchen and 3-piece bathroom with stand-up shower. The kitchen is equipped with a small bar sink, double hot plate, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, kuerig, toaster oven, small fridge and cooking essentials. James Bundy’s Hideout

Papa James Bundy (Bun) was not a bandit. Although, he always had a cigarette in hand and gambling was his passion. I hope you feel as welcome as I did when I walked into his home. This hideout is on the edge of town but centrally located between the hospitals. Decorated with a ranch style with interesting pictures of famous bandits. Start your day on the porch and watch the sunrise. End with a whirlpool bath and sit by the fire. Extra attention has been given to end your day in comfort.

RiverfrontCabin on 130 Acres/Kayaks/Fishing/R&R

BlueCat is on the Washita River in rural OK. Stay for a couple’s getaway, fishing trip, or just R&R. A modern log cabin on 130 acres, surrounded by Mother Nature. Enjoy the firepit and outdoor shower. Kayaks are included. You will have easy access to the pond and river. Seeing elk and bald eagle are common. Mushroom foraging in the spring. You will be a short drive from local attractions:CNRA, Turner Falls, Arbuckle Wilderness, Chickasaw Cultural Center, and Artesian Casino, & Spa.

Parkside retreat is a 5 BR, 3 BA oasis just steps from Wintersmith Park. Equipped with 4 king beds and 4 twin bunks, this home sleeps up to 12, providing comfort for all. All bedrooms are on the ground floor except one king bedroom is upstairs. Enjoy walking or biking around the park, lounging by the pool (open May-Sept) or enjoying a movie on the 75 inch TV. There is a barn for horse lovers (vaccination records will need to be provided) if you would like to bring them as well. We are just 6 minutes from Turner Falls and Arbuckle Wilderness and 6 minutes from Ardmore for restaurants and shopping.
