Floyd's is a lovely no-frills duplex, essentials only, getaway a few blocks away from Downtown Boise. Walk/ride to restaurants, breweries, shops, grocery stores, or to the famous Fancy Freez diner across the road. The home offers modern furnishings, fast wifi, a smart TV with access to your favorite entertainment apps, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen! The Boise River Greenbelt & the Ridge to River Trail system are both a short distance away offering miles of walking and biking paths!

ECO House, 1 Acre Food Forest, near city/✈

Experience a sustainable permaculture urban organic orchard built in 2010 on an acre of land just 2 miles from downtown and BSU and one block from a major bike path. Several quail families enjoy this little “resort” that you are sure to love exploring! The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.
