This apartment block was built in 1976, so does look old and tired on the outside.

The pool can be filled within an hour of arrival and is perfect after a day's tramping, skiing, kayaking or serious shopping!

Our cosy Apartment is located Motuoapa where you will wake with the Tuis and be perfectly situated for skiing, hiking the Tongariro crossing, fishing the lake or rivers or shopping in bustling Taupo, only 25 mins by car. The lakefront, a great café and the marina are a scenic 10 minute walk away, 2 minutes by car. The neighbourhood boasts a tennis court, basketball court, reserves and an abundance of native birds.

Apartment style living in a quiet Cul de Sac with views of Lake Taupo and the Mountains. Minutes from the Lake and walking distance to the CBD. Restaurants and cafes near by. Apartment is fully self contained with 1 Queen bed and twin share. Cooking facilities consist of a microwave, 2 gas hobs and a BBQ. There is NO oven. There is a dish draw.

There is an air fryer and microwave available for cooking, and the flat has an ironing board, iron and hair blow drier.
