Niseko Grandir Villa

Grandir Villa is a townhouse-style, detached two-story property. It has two rooms (one per floor), each with a double and a single bed. The second-floor living room has a balcony, with an unobstructed view of Mount Yotei. The villa has two private parking spaces and easy transport. Nearby are a 24h restaurant and convenience store. It’s a 3-minute walk to Maxvalue (Kutchan’s largest supermarket) and 10-minute drive to Niseko Hanazono and Hirafu—ideal for families and small vacation groups.

Annupuri Onsen Chalet Unit #1

Please note this property will not come with a vehicle for the 2023/24 winter. Annupuri Onsen Chalet #1 is located in the Royal Town Onsen Village just a one minute drive Annupuri and Mowai Ski Resorts. The chalet features four bedrooms, a large ski and snowboard dry room and most importantly a outdoor onsen bath with genuine onsen water. Featuring large floor to ceiling views of a private forest out the back, and Annupuri & Nito range views from the front bedrooms.

Shiki #1 : 3 bedroom + tatami townhouse

Please note this property will not come with a vehicle for the 2023/24 winter. There are 4 Shiki Koyuki houses, each have three levels and are very spacious. The ground floor has an internally accessed garage.The middle floor is open plan with a large kitchen, toilet and dining area and lounge with great views of Mt.Yotei. There is also a Japanese tatami room with sliding doors that can be used as a sleeping area if the number of guest are more than 6.

Koyuki 4 - 3 bedroom Townhouse

Please note this property will not come with a vehicle for the 2025/26 winter. Each Shiki Koyuki town house has three levels and are very spacious. The ground floor has an internally accessed garage as well as laundry and ski storage area. The middle floor is open plan with the large kitchen, toilet and dining area and lounge with great views of Mt.Yotei. There is also a Japanese tatami room with sliding doors that can be used as a sleeping area.

Aster B - 3 Bedroom Townhouse

Please note this property will not come with a vehicle for the 2025/26 winter. Aster is a sunny 3 bedroom townhouse that has everything you need to enjoy a vacation in one of the snowiest places on earth. The accommodation enjoys a wide open village outlook with glimpses of Mount Yotei from the top floor. The large windows let in plenty of light and there is a covered deck off the lounge to enjoy barbecues in the summer time.

Kabayama Townhouse #3 *4WD Van no longer included

Located in Kabayama, just outside of Hirafu village, these brand new townhouses enjoy views of Mt Yotei and Mt Annupuri. Each townhouse can sleep up to 10 people (8 on beds and 1-2 sofa bed). The living area has an alcove that opens up to a lawn area for BBQs in summer. Completed in time for the 2017/18 winter season each apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen and is fully furnished.

Kabayama Townhouse #1 *4WD Van no longer included

Located in Kabayama, just outside of Hirafu village, these new townhouses enjoy views of Mt Yotei and Mt Annupuri. Each townhouse can sleep up to 9 people (8 on beds and 1 sofa bed). The living area has an alcove that opens up to a lawn area for BBQs in summer. Horizon Townhouse 4 Bedroom

These 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouses have spectacular views of Mt Youtei from the living area and Master Bedroom. Easy access to the lifts, shops and restaurants . Avalon C

Avalon consists of two 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouses and one larger 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse. Located in lower Hirafu village with access to the free shuttle bus. Modern and spacious interiors with a drying area for ski gear. Avalon is a good option for families or groups of friends who want to stay in luxury without the price tag.
